Electronic labels, a reliable solution helping retailers overcome operational challenges such as government restrictions.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For the New Year, the\u00a0Quebec government has announced a tightening of lockdown measures by imposing a curfew and, as in March 2020, by shutting down non-essential businesses to slow the spread of COVID-19. Retail businesses such as grocery stores,\u00a0pharmacies, hardware stores\u00a0and convenience stores, however,\u00a0remain open.<\/p>

\"\"<\/p>

Nonetheless, even with stores that are considered essential, certain products within those store have been declared across\u00a0Canada and the USA\u00a0as non-essential,\u00a0limiting which products can be sold to customers. Given these conditions, our retailers are finding it difficult\u00a0to ask their employees to be the\u00a0ones\u00a0to police which products can or cannot be sold in store.\u00a0Instances have occurred where one employee may tell a customer that a product can be bought only to find out at the checkout that the product cannot be sold. Understandably, the confusion and frustration on the part of the customer can lead to unnecessary complaints and dissatisfaction.<\/p>

Instead of having our\u00a0PRICER\u00a0electronic shelf labels<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(ESLs) show the price of our product,\u00a0JRTech Solutions<\/strong><\/a> is encouraging\u00a0our\u00a0retailers to display that the product is non-essential\u00a0on their electronic shelf labels where applicable.<\/p>

As a result, the likelihood of conflict between a customer and store\u00a0staff,\u00a0and any confusion as to which products are essential or\u00a0not,\u00a0is drastically reduced.\u00a0This is owed to the fact that our ESLs\u00a0are considered neutral and customers trust that the information presented on them is\u00a0always\u00a0correct.<\/p>

Once again, our\u00a0PRICER<\/strong><\/a> electronic shelf labels continue to demonstrate\u00a0additional\u00a0value to retailers and their customers\u00a0given new and evolving\u00a0operational challenges, including\u00a0government restrictions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
